Potato Nachos

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, here’s a delicious recipe for some potato nachos.

 

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Spices
  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Bacon
  • Sour Cream

Directions:

  1. Fry 3 or so pieces of bacon in a pan.
  2. Cut a few potatoes into thin slices.
  3. Coat potatoes in olive and salt and pepper.
  4. Spread potato slices on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  5. Dice a tomato.
  6. Flip the potatoes over and bake another 15 minutes.
  7. Shred a little bit of lettuce.
  8. Sprinkle some cheese on the potatoes and bake again for 5 minutes or until cheese it melted.
  9. Carefully remove potatoes from the sheet onto a plate.
  10. Sprinkle the cooked bacon, diced tomatoes, and shreds of lettuce on top.
  11. Add a few dollops of sour cream.
  12. Add a little bit of salt and pepper.
  13. Enjoy!
