In honor of St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, here’s a delicious recipe for some potato nachos.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Shredded Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Spices
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Bacon
- Sour Cream
Directions:
- Fry 3 or so pieces of bacon in a pan.
- Cut a few potatoes into thin slices.
- Coat potatoes in olive and salt and pepper.
- Spread potato slices on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Dice a tomato.
- Flip the potatoes over and bake another 15 minutes.
- Shred a little bit of lettuce.
- Sprinkle some cheese on the potatoes and bake again for 5 minutes or until cheese it melted.
- Carefully remove potatoes from the sheet onto a plate.
- Sprinkle the cooked bacon, diced tomatoes, and shreds of lettuce on top.
- Add a few dollops of sour cream.
- Add a little bit of salt and pepper.
- Enjoy!
